[Scan-DC] Arlington Cemetery Balloon Launch

Around 10am yesterday (Sat.) Washington Tower was talking to a NIGHTHAWK
on 120.75 advising him of an imminent balloon launch in the vicinity of
Arlington National Cemetery with an altitude block up to 50,000 feet.
The pilot asked what the nature of the balloon was and the controller
replied that he thought it was a weather balloon
 
Anyone hear anything else about this?
