[Scan-DC] BWI Procedures

All,

Have noticed recently that BWI has adopted the same procedures that were 
adopted at Wash National since 9/11. 

I've noted on the BWI approach freqs (128.7 & 125.525) that aircraft on 
initial contact with the approach controller ar reporting their altitude, the fact 
that they have the latest ATIS then a daily changing codeword to establish 
their authenticity.
