[Scan-DC] MD EMRC Frequencies/Montgomery "Ammalances"

Montgo no longer uses the med channels for consults. They use TGs on the
trunked system. I can't speak for the rest of the state.
Routine comms ("Amb 87 enroute with an adult female with a headache") with
hospitals are as follows:
10A Holy Cross
10B Montgo Gen
10C Navy Med
10D Shady Grove
10E Suburban
10F Wash. Adventist
10G Hospital Center
10H Hospital "announce"
10I Medstar
10J Childrens
10K Sibley
10L Georgetown
10M GW
10N Inova
Consults, which used to be done on the med channels, are now done, via EMRC,
using 9C (calling TG) and 9D or 9E (consult1 and 2 TGs).
You NEED to get that trunked radio!
