website for the Maryland Transit Administration will have schedules.

The frequencies used by the trains depend on the line used. The trains
through Ft. Meade will be on the NEC and use ex-Pennsylvania Railroad and
Conrail frequencies, 160.800 MHz most notably. The lines through Laurel
to Camden Station will be on the old Baltimore & Ohio and use CSX
frequencies, 160.230 MHz most notably.
