I a taking a trip to DC and wanted to see if anyone can help me.

TK-380 (UHF)
I like listening to RailRoad, GMRS, Fire
I will be between DC and Ft. Meade
I will be down from May2-8th if there is any intresting stuff I should know
about tell me. I like action.
=========================
John DC fire is on 800 digital; nothing you have there will handle
it. The same can be said of Montgomery and Howard county fire. There are
a few analog rebroadcasts; you can find that information here:
http://henney.com/chm/mdfdmap.htm
I'm not sure whether DC fire has an analog rebroadcast, tho.
Hopefully there are a few Railfans here, but in case there isn't;
there's a few RR freqs for the DC area you can find on Dave Marshall's site:
http://www.railfanswelcome.com/
And I kinda cringe when I have to use this site; the data here is very
very dated, but it's a start, at least; look at the Transportation
frequencies at:
http://www.fordyce.org/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.cgi?board=WashDC
and of course, don't forget Radioreference com, where the WMATA system
is laid out:
http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=TRSDB&sid=2721
Of course, the LISR and Radioreference sites require registration, but
it's painless and free.
