BICEP 21 with unknown CTR Passing 16K for 15K. Looking for Direct
Harrisburg.

Fighters troubleshoot an electrical problem. No C/S heard but aircraft were
cleared to RTB Langley.

A/C using as A-A freq discussing which altitudes they wanted. Sounded like
C/Ss used were PAUL 64 & PAUL 67, I must have misheard that. I'll keep
working that.

JOSA 392 calling Unknown OPS which ETZ, PAX and OFFLOAD INFO.

Weak garbled comms, Suspect image freq.

A couple of A/C using as A-A freq. PI-REPS given for both RIC and ADW. They
mentioned having a Co-Pilot
