with WASH CTR here. I have 307.0 for WASH CTR but these guys were L&C on
307.25. I'll keep watching it.

N4172L calling PATUXENT APP. Comms were extremely broken which made me
believe this is an image of 127.95, which does indeed come back as a =
known
PAX APP freq. Gonna go ahead and lock this one out as I only have 2 logs =
on
this freq and both are weak, broken comms of an A/C working an unknown =
ATC.

Verbal comms used back extremely loud background noise which made comms
almost un-hearable. All I could copy was Unk A/C advising Unk Station he =
was
XX miles south of A.P. Hill.
