[Scan-DC] New tower going up on I-270

A friend of mine at US Towers told me about it a
couple of months ago.  If I remember correctly, it is
MPT's new tower.  They wanted a tower that covers
Montgomery County better.
I don't know if the old tower will be torn down or if
it will be leased.
