[Scan-DC] Andrews fixes

   Well, comparing the list Mark Meece had in his Nat Comm article, and the 
one at Grove, I see there are several fixes needed; and at least 1 typo 
that really does stand out - '126.55 Washington Departures' should, of 
course, be
'Potomac Departures' 125.65.

   Anyone else want to contribute some fixes for that section, please let 
me know.  I'm going to email Mark to see if I can use his list to update 
ours, so let's get this right now.
