Due to the small size of MWAA police force, you lack the facilities -
forensic labs, etc. You'd have to farm it out to someone else anyway, so
why not let them run the show from the start. Besides, how many homicides
at DCA or DIA have there been in, say, the last ten years? Alexandria
might get a half dozen in a busy year; Arlington would be about the same.
