 It is my understanding that National or Reagan has a Washington, DC
mailing 
address but it is really in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is shown
that way 
on all of the maps.  The PD officers there enforce Airport rules and regs
as
well as virginia code violations and they must be trained to Virginia
DCJS (Department of Criminal Justice Services) 
standards.  Their PD access to NCIC is through the Virginia Criminal
Information Network (VCIN)
