Nope. He said "Wilson Bridge," and he meant it. Take a look at a map.
Part of the WWB is, believe it or not, in the District of Columbia. The
District's original boundaries were marked by a series of boundary
markers. Many of them can still be seen in Alexandria and Arlington, as
well as elsewhere.
