[Scan-DC] Asleep at the switch

As it were -- Gentlemen:  I seem to have misplaced the Alexandria Police
Department.  They used to fill up my scanner along with their trunked
associates on the city system.  But now all I hear is fire department (with
medics) and city maintenance.  I think I even hear busses now and then.  Did
I miss something?  Has there been a change that got by me?  Or has my old
reliable popped its channel scanning capability on the trunked side?  Any
info appreciated.  Thank you.  Vic
