Bob,
As I understand it, NetowrkFirst is not OpenSky.
NetworkFirst just switches all of the consoles,
infrustrcture and terrestrial equipment to Voice Over
IP (VOIP).
The IP packets get turned back to analog voice at the
site. From there, the voice is connected to the site
equipment (system controllers/base
stations/whatever)it's up to the customer as to
whether the voice goes out as analog, or P25, or EDACS
or whatever equipment is at the site.
