[Scan-DC] Hot Time in College Park Tonight?

The so-called "riots" today were pretty lame compared to what happened after 
the national championship in 2002... But with the NCAA tournament coming up 
who knows what might be in store for the next few weeks?

The University of Maryland police (along with other departments such as the 
shuttle buses, physical plant, and the stage crews at the performing arts 
center) operate a Motorola trunked radio system that should be able to be 
monitored as far out as Silver Spring or Greenbelt (I drive for Shuttle-UM 
and the bus radios work out that far, so scanners should work also.) 
Frequencies are:

866.4125
867.6625
868.4125
868.5375
868.9875

Some of the talkgroups I have programmed:

1200 - police dispatch
1296, 1392, 1488, 1584, 1776 - police tactical channels
4368 - fire marshal (not used much)
3376 - shuttle bus dispatch 1 (off-campus routes)
3582 - shuttle bus dispatch 2 (on-campus routes)

Of course, PG County Police, MD State Police, and PG Fire will be active as 
well. In 2002, I also saw units from the MNCPPC Park Police (with horses), 
City of Greenbelt Police (with a big assault vehicle), and probably others 
that I've forgot working Frat Row.
