[Scan-DC] Water Taxi Overturns in Baltimore Harbor

Baltimore tv stations are reporting that a water taxi with 25 people
onboard overturned at about 4:00 p.m EST in the Baltimore harbor. It's
too far away for me to hear, but CG and TV station frequencies should be
active, as well as the police and rescue frequencies. At least eighteen
people have been rescued.
