n the early 1100 hour (EST) Lima 010 contacted Sector on 165.2375 (PL 100) 
for radio check. Lima 010 called this freq " net 1."

In the mid 1100 hour (EST) Omaha 03 (US Customs UH-60) was working with Thor 
(not heard) on 282.425. Omaha 03 was being vectored onto an unidentified 
target that had violated airspace restrictions. Omaha 03 asked Thor what airfield 
the aircraft had departed from and what was the nature of his violation. In 
chat Omaha 03 made mention of Dover Delaware so they may have been working over 
in that area. After vectoring for about 10 minutes Omaha 03 advised Thor that 
the target was a fixed-wing, high-wing single engine aircraft. He later 
described the target as a Cessna 172 N7800X and that he was trailing him. After the 
identification, Thor apparently called off the intercept and Omaha 03 departed 
saying that N7800X has been instructed to contact Potomac Approach.
