[Scan-DC] Tanker Explosion

I've been listening since about 3PM EST to these 2 freqs.  Have been hearing
"RESCUE 1503" reporting status to CAMSLANT.  At one point heard them report
a position of 37.45N/74.10W, which is about 90 miles off the Eastern Shore
coast.
