I don't know anything about the PIC, but I can provide some insight on
the link question.

The missing link to 7-Gulf will be down for a while.  We were trying to
run it off the same server that is running the other two links and it
was causing all three links to crash.  We hope to have some new servers
available in the future so that 7-Gulf, and maybe even 7-Kilo, can be
brought back online.  The timing of this is out of our hands, but as
soon as the hardware is available the link will be brought back up.

If you are serious about listening an 800 MHz scanner is a worthwhile
investment anyway because we will never be webcast more than a handful
of our total talkgroups.

Anybody know exactly what happened re the incident at Middlebrook Road

270 last night (Sun) around 1130 pm (I think - not sure of the time)? =20
Fire/Rescue was dispatched for a PIA hit & run with pedestrian struck

apparently involved a police car.  I think a P2 male, multi-system
trauma,=20
was chooperated (MSP Trooper 8!) to Suburban, apparenty a civilian.  I

one BLS unit xported a police officer, possibly to Shady Grove, maybe
for a=20
checkup?
