[Scan-DC] SAM 6820 Returns to Andrews, 26 Jan

All,

SAM 6820, who had flown to Europe over the weekend, returned to Andrews AFB 
in the early 2100 hour (EST). 

As he approached Andrews, SAM 6820 was concerned about the braking action on 
runway 1 and asked when it had last been plowed.

SAM 6820 landed at 2122 EST.
