[Scan-DC] DC cameras online

Given that parts of DC often sound like Beirut on New Years Eve 
(firing into the air), you might be able to see some of the insanity 
now that all of the DC traffic cameras are online.  This was 
mentioned in the Post the other day.  It's pretty good coverage of 
most of the traffic hotspots.

Haven't found any links to the DC Police cams that are online 
tonight, though I doubt I will...
