[Scan-DC] Unusual activity on the Bay

Earlier today the MSP Helo (out of Easton I think) was doing some 
long circle around the Chesapake Beach area, heading down toward 
Calvert Cliffs park and then back up toward Deale.  About every ten 
minutes or so it would come by, kind of like it was searching for 
something or on patrol.

Didn't think much, but about an hour ago I saw what looked like a DNR 
Police boat checking on fishing boats.

Now, a Coast Guard inflatable is flying around stopping ships and 
zooming past the Navy Research Lab.  It looks like one of the armored 
ones (like they have in DC) but I can't be sure.

Anyone heard anything?
