[Scan-DC] ROAR over DC.. dont know if its a fighter but it was lowpitch

If i was hearing the sound from the low flying plane then i would guess it 
to be transport..
if that wasnt wear the sound was from then it was a fighter jet.. f15 or 16
but it seemed to last and follow with the low flying plane
