Ted's comment about learning how to use the PRO96's features made me
think that we may have a number of new folks who, like Ted, could use a
little help when using this new scanner.
Rich Wells has set up a PRO96 'club' page on his site at:
http://strongsignals.net/access/clubs/pro-96/index.cgi
(and for those that have checked it out, this link also exists on our
scanners page).
The 'club' is actually a collection of PRO96 related links. Most
importantly, there are 2 Yahoo groups - the first and the fourth - that are
well populated and active (the middle 2 are dead). The advantage here is
that Yahoo groups often have file areas where programming files can be had-
an important advantage to those that travel a lot.
Of course, questions can be posted here, or on the various forums
listed on the 'club' page.
Hopefully our newer members (and some of our not-so-newer ones) find
this of some use.
73s and stay safe....Mike
