[Scan-DC] MPD "Mysterious" data noise

Anyone heard the random data noise on MPD today.  I am getting it both on a 785D and Pro-96.  The scanners are in trunk mode, they acknowledge the ID #s properly but I am getting a data channel noise, not the typical APCO-25 digital noise a non digital scanner would hear.  Any thoughts?  Could MPD have added additional channel they have added. I assure you, this is not encypted noise and yes the digital APCO-25 cards are working fine.  Dan
