[Scan-DC] PRO96 and Delaware

   Nothing will get thru any encryption, of course, but AFAIK the PRO96 was 
beta-tested in Delaware.  So yes, it should work just fine on the State and 
County stuff.  There's been much traffic about this on the Delaware forum 
of trunkedradio net.
