[Scan-DC] Possible VHF/UHF Band Opening

There may be a possible major band opening on VHF/UHF this upcoming Sunday,
Monday, or Tuesday.  If it occurs, the opening could be as big as the one we
had on Sunday, November 23rd.

The Hepburn Tropo Index is currently forcasting just a moderate opening on
Monday, but in the south it shows great DXing conditions.  Therefore, if the
two low pressure fronts moving in on our area (the ones that Doug Hill and
Bob Ryan aren't sure will cause snow), move slightly more northward than
currently predicted--we'll enjoy another great band opening.

Also, always keep an eye on low-band VHF (6 meters) whenever you hear about
a bunch of cold, low pressure fronts moving in on each other.  Could also
cause DX.
