[Scan-DC] Georgetown Reservoir mobile radar

I did consulting directly across the street from that thing and staring at
it out the window was kinda freeky.. It had the spinning rader on the
approach to DCA with an avenger rocket launcher on the top.. guys sitting in
the trucks.. cant really see too many people at the time.. that was like 4
or 5 months ago
