[Scan-DC] AA county snowplows

   Well, it seems that the famous snowplow file will need some updates very 
soon; with the Montgomery and Howard systems changing, there's going to be 
some work to do.

    Anyhow, I just wanted to give folks a heads up - I work out at a local 
gym with folks from AA county DPW, who among other things, drive the 
plows.  It seems they've been given Nextels to use, so don't count on 
hearing them on the new digital system soon (unless the Nextels fail, which 
we all know they do).
