[Scan-DC] 351.8

[Emissary]

351.8 is a Washington Center frequency (Falls Church Sector-High). It's the
UHF side of  132.775 (either that or 133.975.. I forgot which..)

As for the other one I'm not sure but I'm guessing it may be a Potomac
TRACON frequency?

The transmitter for 351.8 is on the main tower by Tyson's Corner mall. I can
receive it on my handheld with a rubber duck antenna.

also, 327.000 am is a Washington DEP/APR frequency
