Yes
Bank: MOT
BASE: 406.20
Offset: 380
Step: 25

The kicker is CUSTOM TABLE must be enabled (due to 406.2 Base). In Win96
it's under MOT 3600 CC. To enable directly, PGM - TRUNK, FUNC - 3, down
arrow until you see CUSTOM.

I'd be interested in whether anyone has been able to receive the FED-SMR
System using a PRO-96. I thought I got it loaded properly with Win96, but I
am getting nothing, although I am quite close to Tysons, one of the
transmitter locations listed on the Trunked Radio Database. I get a few
talk groups, but they are silent, as if unmodulated. If you're getting it,
what settings are you using for Base, Offset and Spacing? Thanks.
