[Scan-DC] DOD's FED-SMR System

I'd be interested in whether anyone has been able to receive the FED-SMR 
System using a PRO-96.  I thought I got it loaded properly with Win96, but 
I am getting nothing, although I am quite close to Tysons, one of the 
transmitter locations listed on the Trunked Radio Database.  I get a few 
talk groups, but they are silent, as if unmodulated.  If you're getting it, 
what settings are you using for Base, Offset and Spacing?  Thanks.
