[Scan-DC] Wind and trains

Anyone listening to CSX?  I've heard a train stopped on a hill, and unable 
to start up again because it didn't have enough power, trains hit  by trees 
and now a freight carrying Hazmat losing its air system, so no passenger 
trains can go by it.  And this is just on the Brunswick line.  There are 
power outages on the Baltimore lines.
