[Scan-DC] Bomb Techs enroute

Two buildings (Rite Aid and Giant i think) in two adjacent shopping centers
have been evacuated on Aspen Hill Rd. b/w Georgia and Connecticut.
 
Police have set up a perimeter and Wheaton is using several units from
Bethesda, SS, and Rockville.
 
THis started about 45 minutes ago. Second package discovered about 20
minutes ago.
 
They just swithed to channel 7G   talkgroup 01744 i think
 
They just said to tell shop owners that they will probably be shutdown for 2
hrs
