[Scan-DC] Westmoreland County Frequencies

I just heard George Washington Birthplace National Monument yesterday on
163.1250 [  88.5].  I have been to Stratford Hall, and I think I
remember them using VHF portables.  I wasn't scanning that day for some
reason, and so did not find the frequency.  I would check the VHF
business allocations.
