I heard about it happening "as we speak" from Bob Ryan on NBC4. Elizabeth
and I drove up north of Damascus arrving there between 6:45 and 7:00. It
was well worth the drive. Absolutely AMAZING.

We drove up to New Market, but to late to see any aurora. Did see a
shooting star with a long tail. Maybe space junk?
