[Scan-DC] Another Flare

The SEC issued a space weather warning at this time for an xray event >M5, 
which accords with your observation.  They don't give an R level yet.  The 
geomagnetic flux level also went back up to 9 (the highest) at the same 
time.  This should be more from yesterdays flare.  To monitor in close to
