[Scan-DC] Solar Flare

This morning there was a huge solar flare (Category X17).  The third biggest
in recorded history.  It's heading right toward Earth, and will arrive
around noon tomorrow.  The solar storm can last up to 24 hours.  Aurora is
possible into the middle-lattitude US states.

Just think, the news was hypeing up the X2 Flare that was coming toward
Earth a few days ago, this one is 8.5 times powerful!!!!

Hopefully this will make the HF bands open up and not shut them down.
