[Scan-DC] Amazing skip

I'm hearing some amazing low-band skip at the moment.  Listening on the =
Maryland State Police frequency of 39.26 mHz I'm hearing "30 Mary" =
asking his dispatcher about the evacuation from Big Bear Lake.  The only =
Big Bear Lake that I know of is in the middle of the wildfires in =
California!  (This is using an old Realistic Pro-2005, with a VHF/UHF =
antenna up 10 stories on a downtown, Washington, DC office building).

If you're a ham, sounds like an afternoon to fire up the old 6 meter rig =
and call "CQ DX"..
