[Scan-DC] Talkgroups, and NTIA

I can never receive the listed MWAA trunked system on the 800mhz freqs from
trunkedradio.net and I live apx 10 air miles from dc and I can receive the
DCA tower on 119.1 and even the airplanes on the ground there.. yet I cant
monitor MWAA

any info appreciated..
