The frequency swap does appear to have started and the recently released
channels do appear to be under test.  I drive near one of the towers
frequently and there are new antennas up there along with the old ones.  I
guess this is in support of the changeover process.  I wouldn't expect to
hear digital radios in the very near future though as from what I've seen in
the media they are not in the budget yet.
