[Scan-DC] Data on 854.3375

Hello list,

I am getting a data channel on 854.3375.  Running it on trunker I get a 
system id of a43f.  The other frequencies are 854.8125 and 854.1875 so far.  A FCC 
database check indicates a match with Ann Arundel County, MD and it shows a 
temporary license.  Can any list members in Ann Arundel County area confirm if 
it is in fact coming from there?  I just heard what sounded like a test of 
alert tones on a talkgroup.  I have seen in the past when trunked systems get 
upgraded that there is a temporary new system id that appears but then disappears 
when the system is finished being upgraded.
