Good morning.  After monitoring the new MPD system yesterday, I'm going =
to make the following guesses.

16576- Citywide
16656-TAC
16848- SOD or SOD TAC  (used for parade detail yesterday.  Could be a =
TAC channel for the district that Howard U. is in.)

I have no reliable information that these guesses are correct.
