[Scan-DC] Howard county fireground

         154.22 seems to be simulcasting 39312 Fire2(Delta2). Also I think 
11376(analog) is simulcasting it too. I'm keeping a list of the ever 
changing Talkgroups here: http://www.qsl.net/n8wsh/HowCoDigitalTrunkID.html

As far as the rest of the old VHF freqs, most seem up still.
