[Scan-DC] Charles County Pending Trunked System

Charles County has an application pending for a trunked system in the
866-869 MHz range.  The application lists three sites, two with seven
frequencies and one with six frequencies.  The frequencies are 866.3250,
866.5625, 867.0625, 868.2625, 868.3750, 868.6500, and 868.9000.  The
towers will be in Hughsville, Glasva, and Dentsville.  The Hughsville
site does not have 866.5625.  The County also has a separate application
pending for the mutual aid frequencies in this band (866.0125, 866.5125,
etc.).

Does anyone know when testing of this system will begin?  What about a
system type?
