[Scan-DC] 459th at ADW

On 1 October the 459th was officially re-designated an Air Refueling =
Wing and began transition training to KC-135R tankers.  The C-141B with =
which it was equipped are to be retired.  This will cause some internal =
reorganization and will undoubtedly cause some changes in frequency uses =
and probably additional assigned frequencies.

Not noted in the press release I saw is what is to happen to the =
aeromedical evacuation squadron that was attached.
