[Scan-DC] Pro-96 and MPD

That sounds ridiculous. I had the first trunker bearcat put out the
something xlt I think. it tranked analog systems and you could do it. Why
wouldn't they allow you to do it on the keypad?

doesn't make sense to me. but what makes sense these days..
