In addition to the below frequencies add 49.48 mhz. and 451.8000 mhz.
Pike is licensed for nationwide temporary operation. 451.8000 mhz. if
active, will be a low power repeater operation. I haven't checked in
the past few days when Pike was in the Prince George Co., Va. area , as
I was so excited to have my power restored, I briefly heard comms on
49.48, 49.52, 49.54 and 49.58 mhz. 49.52 mhz. appeared to be a
temporary base/mobile simplex operation with more comms on it. 49.46
and 49.50 mhz. probably also had comms on them but not at the time I
monitored. A good time to listen is 7-8 am when they head out to gas up
their trucks or navigate to their work assignment location for the day.
The other 4 monitored frequencies were truck to truck simplex.
Apparantly each truck crew is assigned a specific frequency so as not to
trash up each other's comms. Mobiles are 120 watts. I would bet that
the truck radios are multi-channel and frequencies can easily be
changed.

Two interesting sidenotes are Pike Electric has its own aircraft, that
among other duties could be used as an emergency air delivery vehicle.
At least for operations in Virginia, it has it's own accompanying radio
tech. According to Pike Electric comms this tech makes a scheduled
visit to various Pike Electric operation locations and probably while on
site replaces a bad radio with a good one. I have not yet monitored
451.8000 mhz. Their aircraft license does not list a specific aviation
frequency. Pike Electric definitely is a major nationwide electrical
contractor/subcontractor.
