[Scan-DC] Meaning of "ETOH"

Just answered my own question on google.  Apparently it is a
medical/chemical abbreviation for ethyl alcohol, the kind which you drink.
In other words, it's the professional way to say "this guy is drunk."

Anyone know what "ETOH on board" means?  I've heard this several times on
Loudoun County fire/rescue channels.  Have also heard it while listening
down at Nags Head.

Seems to be related to substance abuse in some fashion.
