[Scan-DC] Fairfax County Aviation Freqs

    The helicopters will use the county police radio system operating as
approrpiate as another unit.  There is no separate aviation police
frequency.  For takeoffs and landings at the helipad try 123.050 mhz.  I
think that is licensed to Fairfax Co.
